Process
Through the experience we made during operating our own distilleries and
our proved technologies we are able to offer the full range in alcohol
production facilities in almost any size to you.
Description of Process on example of grain:
Delivery and cleaning of raw materials
Wet milling and adding of liquefaction enzymes
Liquefaction of starch at 90°C
cooling to fermentation temperature (~35°C) and adding of saccharification enzymes
48 h fermentation time
continious crude distillation to 85%vol
comtinious or discontinious rectification to min 96.5 %vol
add of water to drinking strength
bottling
